Had my first 1-2-1 session with Rachel this week, and I couldn't have been more impressed. She put my puppy (Max) and myself at ease immediately and was confident, calm and professional throughout.
 

As a complete newbie to the world of puppy parenting, I had a ton of questions for Rachel, and admitted that all the conflicting online advice has left me feeling overwhelmed. Rachel was very supportive and provided me with some clear, basic facts and tips that were extremely helpful and made the issues I was encountering seem less daunting.

I felt she struck a good balance between giving Max attention, whilst also encouraging me to try out some basic strategies. Her calm and kind approach made me feel positive moving forward...
